How we rejoice our Chinese New Year holiday... ^_^

Cuti Chinese New Year sekali ngan weekend, so kami ada 4 hari cuti.  Banyak benda bole buat so, weekend tu masak pun sedap2. :) pagi jer dah makan nasi lemak... lauk ayam berlada. fuh!!! kalu hari2...mau bertambah tebal selulit dibuatnyer....

So hari-hari berikutnya kami spend time together... tak de ke mana-mana pun. Cuma sekitar KL sahaja.

Kami bawak budak-budak gi IKEA, sbb suka tengok depa berangan kat dalam IKEA tu...

semua tempat depa nak tangkap gambar, so apa lagi shoot jer la here and there.... ^_^

Lepas dari IKEA kami ke The Curve pulak...kat sini kami jalan-jalan tengok deretan lampu yang ala-ala pokok sakura tu...lawanyer...Even it is not the bona fide sakura but it does still make me happy...

I don't know why.... I really wanted to see sakura with my own eye.... one of the wishes that not granted so far...

Apart form the above other activity that we never done before are….have a ride into KL at night…wow! No jammed at all.   Suasana malam kat KL time tu...fuh! awsome... lampu berjenis-jenis, bermacam warna corak dan rupa...tak pernah terpikir pun bole masuk KL waktu malam...da.... it sooooo worth it!!!!!

ni antara yang aku gemar....yang lain shaking banyak sbb kereta bergerak da....

  

Kat simpan petama komplex pun aku ambik jugak...ni jalan nak menghala ke medan mara....time ni on the way nak gi makan sate kajang Haji Shamuri......

Memang berbaloi la masuk KL malam tu....rasa cam damai jer...korang pernah ke rasa damai cangini masuk KL, mesti cam tak percaya....best jugak sesekali...bila tiba-tiba KL lengang.....depan pertama tak de kenderaan....bayang kan....

Ini lah sate nye...sedap tu memang la sedap

tapi pada aku lagi sedap sate kampung baru

yang kat simpang tu...

ala yang kat depan bangunan perkeso tu...fuh!!! meletop tau...

tak percaya try la sendiri....dia satu2 nye kedai sate yang ada kat simpang tu...

kalau dari arah Tun Razak...lalu ikut bawah ala-ala nak ke Semarak tu....jgn naik flyover pulak...karang keluar masuk terowong jadi nyer...tak ke Cheras...ke KLCC pulak kang...hehehehehhe

peringatan jer tu...jgn ambik ati ye.

 One thing for sure if keluar jalan2 pegi Shopping Complex (my new hobby since September last year)

I won't miss any chances to go get a new book or novel. This time round, I chose these 2 books, Novel actually. Since I am a member of e-books store, I am entitle for 12% discount…sukenyaaaa

Will keep you all update on the books…… whether a worth buying or else.  .....ok?!!!!

Bingka Kacang Hijau Durian

Bingka Kacang Hijau Durian

1 cawan kacang hijau (di rebus)

1 cawan isi durian

2 cawan tepung gandum

1 biji telur (Grade A)

1 cawan pati santan 

1 cawan gula @ ikut kemanisan masing-masing

Secubit Garam

1 sudu perisa pandan

Pewarna Hijau

Mentega (untuk sapu pada acuan)

Cara - cara membuatnya:

Masukkan semua bahan ke dalam bekas dan gaul rata, kecuali kacang hijau dan isi durian.  

Pastikan gaul sehingga tiada tepung yang berketul2.

Kemudian baru lah masukkan kacang hijau yang telah direbus (process merebus sama seperti membuat bubur kacang) kecuali tidak perlu taruk santan.

Seterusnya masukkan isi durian dan rasalah manis dan lemak nya.

Setelah secukup rasa, tuangkan ke dalam acuan yang telah di gris dengan mentega.

Bakar sehingga masak.

Suhu oven saya 160'c , 1 jam, api atas bawah.

(gambar diambil masa dah isi kuih kat dalam tupperware, nak bawak office jamu kawan-kawan makan) heheheheheh - baru teringat!!!! tak ambik gambar lagi.....

Makan tahun la aku nak buat kuih ni, bila teringin jer baru la buat....kebelakangan ni lebih kepada kek dan kuih muih modern. Tapi cuti panjang ni ingat nak start buat kuih muih traditional balik kut.  Bukan apa kalau terlalu lama skip buat, mesti nanti tak berapa menjadi....hari tu buat Bingka Labu tak sempat nak tulis kat sini sbb dah habis, tak de gambar nak tunjuk karang korang tak percaya aku betul2 buat ke tidak....lain kali la.

Welcome 2012

 Tanjung Tuan Beach is a boundary between Port Dickson and Malacca.

Here, where we have our first picnic this new year of 2012. Actually we want to have a picnic at Bayu Beach Resort, but due to the road to Port Dickson were extremely jammed. We drove further up until we reach Tanjung Tuan Beach… to the boundary..

First thing in the bright sunny morning of 01/01/2012 we packed our clothes, bikinis and foods for our picnic. ^_^ what a great starts for the new year...

Menu for that day:

White Pandan Rice

Fried chili sauce Beef

Tofu soup with Eggs

Tempura Nuggets

Fried Sausages

Omelet

Fried Noodle

Banana cake

Jelly (Laici, Milo and Pandan)

Fried anchovy’s sambal
Salted Tuna fish

Strawberry Ahmad Tea
Soda (Revive/100 plus and Coke)

Simple GREEN Recipe

Kek Pisang Berangan/ Berangan Banana Cake

5 pieces banana (Berangan)
1 cup sugar
1 cup flour
1 cup vegetable oil
1 spoonful Baking powder
½ spoonful Bicarbonate of Soda
Yellow color

Mixed well until dissolve and bake for 160’c for at least 30 to 40 minutes.

It’s easy to prepare and cost saving yet nice to eat.

Asked for me, I just relax, have my quality time sat on by the seacoast and read my novel, listening to music and 2012 summer breeze is…all surround me….

Our office held exchange gift every year.

Usually I received practical gift but this year a bit someting else.                                                                               

New baby born in our family...here is a baby girl of my sister in-law. Very cute little girls..7 months old during this picture taken.

 I ask my sister in law to give the baby to me...crazy is it...but i really admire the baby...the face is perfect....the smile...ouchh!

My kids at Pavillion - The christmas deco is really colorful...kids love the ride...

Linger around 4 hours at Pavillion just to let the kids enjoy the scenery...

Somemore at office we continue the tradition by celebrating others celebration...we share food,exchange gift and mingle around with friends and share stories....

Last december the 29th  is also one of my best friends birthday 22nd birthday...

we celebrating it at office, buy him a cake and share it together with the rest....I bought him a perfume - HUGO by Boss

We take picture together for the year...with our individual gift. :). Not to sure if we are still in the same work place next year.  Better offer some other place they might be leaving.... :(
