Welcome 2012

 Tanjung Tuan Beach is a boundary between Port Dickson and Malacca.

Here, where we have our first picnic this new year of 2012. Actually we want to have a picnic at Bayu Beach Resort, but due to the road to Port Dickson were extremely jammed. We drove further up until we reach Tanjung Tuan Beach… to the boundary..

First thing in the bright sunny morning of 01/01/2012 we packed our clothes, bikinis and foods for our picnic. ^_^ what a great starts for the new year...

Menu for that day:

White Pandan Rice

Fried chili sauce Beef

Tofu soup with Eggs

Tempura Nuggets

Fried Sausages

Omelet

Fried Noodle

Banana cake

Jelly (Laici, Milo and Pandan)

Fried anchovy’s sambal
Salted Tuna fish

Strawberry Ahmad Tea
Soda (Revive/100 plus and Coke)

Simple GREEN Recipe

Kek Pisang Berangan/ Berangan Banana Cake

5 pieces banana (Berangan)
1 cup sugar
1 cup flour
1 cup vegetable oil
1 spoonful Baking powder
½ spoonful Bicarbonate of Soda
Yellow color

Mixed well until dissolve and bake for 160’c for at least 30 to 40 minutes.

It’s easy to prepare and cost saving yet nice to eat.

Asked for me, I just relax, have my quality time sat on by the seacoast and read my novel, listening to music and 2012 summer breeze is…all surround me….
